AUTOXEXPERT’s warranty applies to any damaged parts and accessories supplied by us. We offer a warranty on nearly all vehicle parts; however, labor costs for repairs are not included.
If a part is found to be defective, we will first attempt to replace it. If a replacement is not possible, we will issue a refund for the total amount charged for your purchase. If a reorder is made before returning the original part, upfront payment will be required for the new part, along with the refund.
When submitting a return request, please explain the return clearly on the AUTOXEXPERT Support or Website. A 25% restocking fee will apply to the total amount paid if a returned part does not meet our return criteria. AUTOXEXPERT is not liable if the customer fails to claim the item from the specified pickup location.
Before placing an order, we recommend consulting with a specialist or technician to ensure the correct part is being ordered. We will not process refunds or accept returns for orders made in error by the customer. All items must be returned within 30 days from the delivery date.
Engines are sold as complete units, which include manifolds, oil pans, timing covers, and belts. Our warranty covers only the long block and does not include additional components such as manifolds, gaskets, seals, hoses, or belts.
Items such as water pumps, distributor caps, spark plugs, and wires are considered high-wear components, and AUTOXEXPERT is not responsible for them.
Electrical items, including engine computers, body control modules, and transmission modules, are guaranteed to have only the correct manufacturer part number. All electrical components are covered under a replacement warranty only. We will allow one replacement request for any non-functioning module. If a module requires resetting by a dealer, it cannot be returned until confirmed fixed by the dealer. Altered electrical parts are not eligible for return.
Struts sold by AUTOXEXPERT are guaranteed to be in working condition. The actual ride quality of struts or springs is not covered under warranty. We ensure that springs and strut tops are functional, but replacement may be needed for improved ride quality. The control arms must be original and straight; our warranty does not cover rubber bushings or non-metal parts attached to them.
Bushings and ball joints are not covered by our warranty policy. Hence, it’s all about the brand's warranty policy that you need to know.
The brand ensures that your transmission will operate correctly, with seamless gear shifts and smooth bearing performance. It’s crucial to thoroughly clean all transmission components, including the oil pan, before assembly. Another thing is the oil and filter change. Every automatic transmission requires an oil and filter change before installation.
If there is a mismatch in color when ordering a specific body part, this will not be covered under warranty and will not be accepted as a reason for return. However, we can repaint the body part to match your vehicle.
Please be aware that turbocharger seals are not guaranteed, though they may be replaced within a designated timeframe. Our warranty covers the transmission but excludes accessories such as doors, windows, window regulators, handles, hinges, or interior panels. Body parts like hoods, bumpers, quarter panels, and fenders do not include hinges, hood ornaments, locks, trim, headlights, or grilles under warranty.
