Return and Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order at any time before receiving our order confirmation.

Once you receive the confirmation email, the order is processed for shipping

cancellations are not accepted after confirmation.

Orders placed on Fridays after 5 PM EST (2 PM PST) through to Mondays at 9 AM EST (6 AM PST) cannot be cancelled, as they are processed over the weekend.

Returns Policy Overview

You must know the return policy of the products if you want to return any product. Returns are accepted within 90 calendar days for select brands, including Kool Vue, Replacement, and others.

This applies to all items from the date they are received by the buyer or designated recipient.

Exceptions may apply if stated during purchase.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused and in original condition for return eligibility. All used items are not returnable.
  • All parts and accessories included in the original packaging must also be returned.
  • Returned items should not be disassembled, mounted, or damaged due to incorrect installation.
  • AUTOXEXPERT is not liable for installation or labor costs, towing fees, or rental vehicle expenses resulting from the use of incorrect parts.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, repackage it in the original shipping box. You must inform us with pictures and videos of the damaged or incorrect items.

Follow our Return Procedure as outlined below.

Check all packages upon receipt for missing, damaged, or incorrect parts.

Immediate Action for Damaged Items

  • If an item is delivered damaged, do not accept the package; request the carrier return it to the sender.
  • If a damaged package is left at your location, contact the shipping company immediately for return arrangements.
  • Please notify us immediately if you find any missing, damaged, or incorrect parts to avoid shipping charges for both the receipt and the return.

Limitations on Responsibility

AUTOXEXPERT is not responsible for missing, damaged, or incorrect parts after 90 calendar days for specified brands or any other items.

Claims for lost or stolen packages must be handled through the shipping company.

Please ensure to follow all guidelines to facilitate smooth returns and exchanges.

Packaging Requirements

Ensure that all items for return are packed securely.

Be sure to check for any special packaging instructions to avoid damage during shipping.

We are not responsible for any returns damaged due to inadequate packaging.

Refund Policy

If you want a refund, then know the company's refund policy. Refunds are usually completed within 24-48 business hours after our distribution center receives your returned parts. Once the items have been evaluated and processed, the refund will be issued using the payment method you used for your purchase.

You will receive an email confirming the credit on the same day your refund is finalised. If you paid with a debit or credit card, please allow an additional 1-7 business days for your bank to post the refund.
